Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & Client Intake Coordinator to manage intake, scheduling, client communications, and operational tracking across multiple service lines. This role is responsible for keeping our delivery engine running smoothly and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries, consultations, intake forms, and service confirmations
  • Own scheduling (coaching calls, toolkit kickoffs, speaking logistics, consulting meetings)
  • Coordinate invoices/payments (send invoices, track status, send reminders)
  • Maintain client pipeline tracker (status, deadlines, next actions, blockers)
  • Organize files, deliverables, templates, and version contro
  • Draft client emails, reminders, agendas, and post-call next steps
  • Support basic reporting (weekly active clients, deadlines, delivery performance)
     

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in operations/admin coordination (consulting, HR, recruiting, or services preferred)
  • Excellent written communication and follow-through
  • High discretion (confidential client and candidate information)
  • Strong systems mindset (checklists, templates, repeatable workflows)

Role Summary
We sell our Ethical AI Toolkit in two ways: self-serve and guided implementation. We are hiring a Customer Success & Implementation Coordinator to onboard clients, manage guided rollouts, track adoption, and support renewals/expansions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard self-serve customers (welcome, access delivery, “Start Here” guidance)
  • Lead guided implementation coordination: kickoff, plan, milestones, workshops, follow-ups
  • Maintain implementation tracker (tasks, owners, due dates, risk flags)
  • Produce client-ready deliverables: action logs, adoption checklists, outcomes summaries
  • Capture client feedback and turn it into product improvements (FAQs, templates, enhancements)
  • Support renewal and expansion motions with outcomes documentation
     

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success, implementation, HR project coordination, or consulting delivery
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder follow-up discipline
  • Comfort discussing hiring workflows, governance steps, documentation, and change adoption

Career Coach, Interview Coach & Resume Writer (Contract or Part-Time | Remote)

Role Summary
NGUBA Consultancy is seeking a client-facing Career Coach / Interview Coach / Resume Writer to deliver end-to-end career services. This role combines coaching presence with polished writing supporting clients with career strategy, interview preparation, and ATS-ready resumes/LinkedIn profiles. Our current average volume is approximately 4 clients per week, with flexibility based on seasonality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Career Coaching & Strategy
    • Conduct intake sessions to clarify career goals, target roles, positioning, and job-search strateg
    • Create practical action plans (networking approach, weekly job-search cadence, target companies)
    • Advise on career transitions, promotions, gaps, and professional branding
       
  • Interview Coaching
    • Deliver structured interview prep (behavioral, situational, competency-based, role-specific)
    • Run mock interviews and provide actionable feedback (storytelling, structure, confidence, delivery)
    • Coach offer strategy and negotiation basics (as applicable)
       
  • Resume, LinkedIn & Career Documents
    • Write and revise ATS-friendly resumes tailored to target roles/industries
    • Optimize LinkedIn profiles (headline, About, experience, keywords)
    • Draft cover letters and follow-up templates when included in client packages
    • Maintain NGUBA templates, formatting consistency, and version control
       
  • Client Experience & Delivery
    • Manage timelines and revision rounds per package terms
    • Document coaching notes, next steps, and action plans for clients
    • Coordinate with Ops for scheduling, intake completeness, and deliverable tracking
       

Turnaround & Quality Expectations

  • Draft resume/LinkedIn delivered within 3–5 business days after complete intake (unless rush/executive scope)
  • Revisions returned within 2 business days after client feedback (target)
  • Coaching sessions are structured and result in clear, written next steps
     

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in career coaching and interview coaching (corporate, agency, university, or private practice)
  • Strong resume writing capability with measurable achievement framing and role tailoring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; professional, empathetic client handling
  • High discretion and confidentiality (sensitive career and personal data)
  • Comfort supporting clients across multiple industries and levels (entry to mid-level; executive is a plus)
     

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • HR/recruiting background or strong familiarity with hiring manager expectations
  • Certifications (ICF, CPCC, CPRW, etc.) helpful but not required with strong experience

Job Fair Events Producer (Contract | Per Event / Per Quarter)

Role Summary
We host one job fair per quarter with approximately 300 attendees. We are hiring a contract Events Producer to manage end-to-end planning and day-of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build event plan + timeline; coordinate venue/vendors; manage budget
  • Create run-of-show, staffing plan, registration/check-in flow, signage plan
  • Employer onboarding logistics (booth assignments, instructions, day-of coordination)
  • Lead event-day operations with on-site staff
  • Produce post-event report and improvement plan
     

Qualifications

  • Proven experience producing hiring events, job fairs, conferences, or large community events
  • Strong vendor/venue management and day-of operations discipline
  • Calm under pressure; proactive issue resolution
